Council approves cleaning contract
BRUNSWICK, OH — The Brunswick City Council has approved a three-year agreement with Mark''s Cleaning Service to provide cleaning services to its recreation center, police department and city hall buildings, according to the Sun News.
For the past three months the city has endured cleaning company after cleaning company, before finally awarding a long-term contract to Mark''s, the article stated.
According to the article, in November 2011, Personal Touch Janitorial terminated its contract with the city and stopped providing services.
The council has been soliciting bids for a replacement since making a temporary agreement with Coverall Health-Based Cleaning, among other providers, the article noted.
