Congressman supports HeatTrak's small business success

March 11, 2011

PATERSON, NJ — U.S. Rep. Bill Pascrell, Jr. (D-NJ-8) has recognized HeatTrak as an example of a successful small business and a new generation of American innovation, according to a press release.

The congressman, along with other local officials, recently toured the company''s factory in Paterson to meet and greet HeatTrak employees and see its operations, the release noted.

"We are honored that the Congressman identified us as an up-and-coming manufacturing business in his district. I think it''s a testament to our company and our growth to have the Congressman come and take a look at and tour our facility," said Hillel Glazer, president and chief executive officer (CEO) of HeatTrak.

"It really validates our effort and shows how successful our company has been," Glazer added.

Glazer founded HeatTrak in 2004 with only two employees; today the company employees more than 20 people and sells to an international market, the release stated.

In addition to recognition from Congressman Pascrell, HeatTrak has garnered the attention of many media outlets in recent months: Over the last two months the company''s products have been featured on The Today Show and Good Morning America, as well as in The Wall Street Journal and the New York Times, the release stated.
