Clorox open to healthcare acquisitions
SAN FRANCISCO — The Clorox Company is open to acquiring healthcare products and services in order to fuel what could become a $300 million business, according to the San Francisco Chronicle.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chairman Don Knauss said the Oakland company also would consider international acquisitions and personal care brands, the article stated.
According to the article, three years ago, Clorox''s healthcare business was nonexistent, but now generates more than $100 million in annual sales.
