Cintas offers hoteliers affordable programs for creating a favorable impression

NEW YORK — Cintas Corporation has released a complimentary white paper offering hoteliers tips for improving the image of their property and making a positive first impression on guests from the minute they walk in the door, according to a press release.
"In our increasingly mobile society where user-generated reviews can make the difference between a placed or lost reservation, hoteliers should proactively be taking the steps necessary to create a good first impression with guests," said Todd McKeown, vice president of hospitality at Cintas.
"This white paper equips hoteliers with essential suggestions on how to improve their operations so when guests leave, they have only positive reviews for friends, family and co-workers," McKeown added.
To help hoteliers easily identify opportunities for image improvement, Cintas'' white paper is organized by common issues hotels might experience: For example, anti-fatigue matting can improve low employee morale which can leave a negative impression with guests, the release stated.
In addition to identifying opportunities for image-related improvements, the white paper also addresses common areas for improving guest and worker safety throughout a hotel, the release noted.
