§ The challenges have never been greater than we face today. We are in a serious recession and although things are looking a little better, we don’t know for sure when it will end.
§ There is always a recovery and an end to bad times; it’s just slower in coming that we’d like.

§ There probably will be inflation in the future.
§ Without a miracle or investors from outer space, the cost of social security and Medicare will soon surpass our ability to pay for them.
§ We can’t count on government to solve our problems; we must learn to rely on ourselves.
§ The world has made tremendous progress on many fronts that have resulted in prosperity and a better life for everyone. Look back at history 50 to 100 years and you’ll see what I mean.
§ The country’s best days lie ahead.
§ The key to closing a sale is always price.
