FORT SCOTT, KS — The Fort Scott Community College board of trustees has approved a contract with an outside janitorial service to clean the college''s dormitories next year, according to The Fort Scott Tribune.
The board has approved a one-year contract with JaniKing for approximately $94,886, the article stated.
According to the article, dorm cleaning and maintenance will continue to be a priority for facilities and dorm staff.
When summer cleaning schedules, staffing challenges and benefit expenses continued to be factors for management, JaniKing was contacted to submit both a summer cleaning and an annual cleaning quote, the article noted.
