Aramark employee arrested for stealing $40,000

NASHUA, NH — The assistant food service director at Daniel Webster College was arrested last week for stealing $40,000, according to the New Hampshire Union Leader.

Sharon Delio, who was employed by the Aramark Corporation, is charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, the story stated.

Delio, who faces a class A felony, is to be arraigned on August 4 in Nashua District Court, the story noted.

According to the story, Delio had access to a safe and would periodically help herself to cash.

The $40,000 Delio is accused of stealing was allegedly taken between June 2008 and June 2009, the story added.
