Process Cleaning for Healthy Schools (PC4HS) Bylaws Posted for Public Review
SPARKS, NV — Process Cleaning for Healthy Schools (PC4HS) – a nonprofit organization incorporated in the State of Nevada – has posted its corporate bylaws to http://www.pc4hf.com/aboutus.php (scroll down), including membership and voting info.
The bylaws identify two main categories of membership:
- General Members
General or Individual members shall consist of those individuals who support the practices of PC4HS and meet other simple membership criteria. See sample membership certificate attached.
- Corporate Members
Corporate (or "Associate") members shall consist of corporations that support the practices of PC4HS and meet other simple membership criteria.
General members have the right to vote at meetings of the members, while corporate members can attend meetings but not vote.
The next meeting of the members is scheduled for Friday, April 4, 2014.
