The ISSA Clean Standard Is Here! Are You Ready?

Kaivac

Believe it or not, October 2013 could go down as perhaps the most significant month in the history of the cleaning industry.
No, it's probably not what you're thinking.
Sure, Kaivac's OmniFlex Crossover Cleaning systems did break Kaivac's all-time unit sales record.
That's big; but it's an even bigger deal than that.

Announcing The Standard
On October 17, ISSA announced the Clean Standard: K-12, which we think this is a huge step in changing the way the world views cleaning.
If you're like a lot of folks, right now you might be asking, what's the Clean Standard?
In short, it defines how clean critical surfaces should be in order to be healthy, using scientific ATP measurements.
With a simple numeric reading, schools can determine if a surface has been hygienically cleaned, an important factor for maintaining healthy buildings.
Ultimately it'll help promote cleaner and healthier indoor school environments to benefit the health of students and staff.

Cleaning For Health
We've been following this project from the get go, and we think it could officially mark an industry-wide arrival into the long-awaited cleaning for health era.
By the way, we already know our systems beat these numbers – sometimes in a third of the time!
So we think it's a great opportunity for our distributors and customers to leapfrog their competition.
There's obviously a lot to this thing, way more than we can say here.
Whether you're for it, against it, indifferent or just not sure, you need to investigate the Clean Standard very closely.
And we'll be glad to tell you everything we know and how you can use it to your advantage.
