Window cleaner dies from fall

MINNEAPOLIS, MN — A man who was cleaning windows at the Kelly Inn fell 70 feet to his death in what police are calling an accident, according to the St. Cloud Times.

On Monday, police were unable to confirm the man’s identity, but he was later identified as Lee Teske by family members, the article stated.

According to the article, Teske was self-employed and had experience working as a window washer in downtown Minneapolis and in St. Cloud.

Teske was wearing a safety harness at the time of the incident that rescue workers had to remove when they were treating him, the article noted.

Officials from the Minnesota Occupational Safety and Health Administration were in St. Cloud on Monday to review the details of the case, the article added.
