How do you properly mix all types of chemicals, floor stripper, carpet shampoo, and disinfectants?
Friday’s Answer:The only way to properly mix chemicals for any cleaning use is to follow the manufacturer’s directions and measure both the water and the chemical used.
The chemical is usually added to the water to prevent generating excess foam or spattering of a concentrate due to water pressure.
When a 1 to 8 ratio is called for, the larger number is the water, not the concentrate you are diluting.
