Friday’s Answer:Bedbugs are quite susceptible to heat.
Raising the room temperature to 120° F and holding it there for 3 hours will kill both the bedbugs and their eggs, making the next generation non-existent.
Steam, directed at the infestation will do the same thing, but you are less likely to miss with the heat method.
Basically, the room is sealed and heat introduced and held for 6 to 8 hours until the job is done.
