Diversey to Sponsor ISSA Health Care Reform Webinar
Complimentary webinar helps building service contactors handle health care reform
STURTEVANT, WI — Sealed Air’s (NYSE: SEE) Diversey business today announced that it will sponsor ISSA’s June 11 webinar, “Pay or Play: The Wilderness of Health Care Reform.” The webinar will help building service contractors (BSCs) better understand the Affordable Care Act’s “Pay or Play” mandate, which requires employers to provide health care insurance to employees or pay a penalty.
“We’re continually focused on helping our customers navigate their toughest business issues,” said Rob Kohlhagen, BSC and Building Care Portfolio Marketing Director, Diversey. “Many BSCs will be affected by these health care reforms and we want to inform and educate members of the cleaning industry so that they are adequately prepared.”
Effective Jan. 1, 2014, the Pay or Play mandate is set to impact large common law employers and will impose two potential penalties. Rodger A. Bayne, a health reform and strategy expert, will be the featured webinar speaker. Attendees will learn if they are subject to the Pay or Play mandate, which employees must be offered health insurance, what types of coverage may be offered, Pay or Play strategies, challenges and more.
