Help the victims of the Midwest tornado
LINCOLNWOOD, IL — As the Midwest continues to assess the damage left behind by this week's tornados and severe weather, ISSA and the ISSA Foundation, in partnership with the American Red Cross and Good360 (formerly Gifts In Kind International), are asking all ISSA members to consider helping the victims whose lives have been stricken by these deadly twisters, according to a press release.
The American Red Cross has stressed that your financial contribution can make the biggest and most immediate impact; by making a donation to the ISSA Foundation American Red Cross Fund, you can assist in providing shelter, food, counseling and other assistance to those in need, the release stated.
According to the release, the ISSA Foundation will collect donations and send one check to the American Red Cross on behalf of the cleaning industry.
Please donate today by completing the contribution form and forwarding it to ISSA Foundation Operations Manager Tracy Weber. Please make checks payable to the ISSA Foundation Tornado Fund.
If you prefer to donate products, the ISSA Foundation is working with Good360, the world's leading nonprofit in product philanthropy; those looking to donate product for the recovery may e-mail Recovery@Good360.org or contact Doyle Delph, Good360 vice president of donor relations, at (703) 299-7532, the release added.
