ServiceMaster Clean announces two new franchise agreements
MEMPHIS, TN — ServiceMaster Clean has announced the signing of two new franchise agreements, according to a press release.
The first agreement is with an existing franchise group, ServiceMaster Facilities Maintenance, who added portions of Atlanta as a third territory, while the other is with a new franchisee David Dragicevich of ServiceMaster Janitorial by Zvon for a Syracuse, New York, territory, the release stated.
"As our business continues to expand across the U.S., we're excited to announce both an expansion of one business and the beginning of a brand new one. We believe these franchisees will cultivate lasting customer relationships and become integral parts of their local communities," said David Messenger, vice president of market expansion for ServiceMaster Clean.
Vincent Lee was a longtime employee in the cleaning industry, when he transitioned to become a ServiceMaster Clean franchisee; Lee and his partners William Watson, André Coleman and Laurence Plummer Sr., currently operate commercial cleaning franchises in Memphis and Nashville with over 400 employees servicing more than 120 customers, including some major Fortune 500 corporations, the release noted.
With an expansive background in pharmaceutical sales and marketing industries, David Dragicevich recently opened his first commercial cleaning franchise earlier this year in Syracuse, New York; as a new franchisee, Dragicevich and his team are currently scouting out the Syracuse area for new potential accounts, the release added.
