I am new in the cleaning business and in the process of pricing a contract.How much should I charge to clean a 4,000-square-foot bar/night, five nights per week?

It all depends on how rowdy a crew is in there on any given night and what your job actually is.
If you are just sweeping up with a 24-inch push broom, you can do it in about an hour.
Mopping will run about an hour and a half.
Restrooms may be messy and time-consuming, again depending on the patrons and their bar-hopping habits.
