Monday’s Question:
I am trying to find out what the maintenance staff ratio is per square foot for medical clinics (not hospitals).
The maintenance staff does mechanical maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, repairs, preventative maintenance, etc.
Monday’s Answer:
I cannot answer this.
The age of the facility and its equipment will be a factor.
The size of the facility may well determine whether there is an in-house staff or if the work is contracted out.
