AFFLINK approved as BOMA 360 Ambassador
TUSCALOOSA, AL — AFFLINK announces they have been approved as a Building Owners and Managers Association International (BOMA) 360 Ambassador for 2013, according to a press release.
The BOMA 360 Ambassadors Program, started in 2009, helps vendors and suppliers in the commercial real estate industry connect with BOMA members, the release stated.
The program serves as a resource for BOMA members, allowing vendors such as AFFLINK to share their knowledge and provide solutions to building operation challenges, the release noted.
According to the release, the "Ambassadors Program" is part of BOMA's 360 Performance Program, which helps managers benchmark their building's performance against industry standards in the following six operational and management areas:
- Tenant relations
- Building management.
The BOMA 360 Ambassador Program was initiated because "vendors play such a critical role in helping building owners and managers establish best practices in their buildings," said According to former BOMA International Chairperson Ray H. Mackey, Jr.
