I am based in India and run a sizable business in my country with 4,000 skilled staffs.
I am looking for businss opportunities in other countries.
I’d suggest doing significant upfront research before entering the international market.
This includes such things as attending the World Federation of Building Service Contractor Association show, reading international cleaning publications and speaking with international service companies that are already in the market.
Examples include ABM, ISS and Rentokil Initial as they not only have experience in the field, but may also be looking for purchases or partners.
If you are interested in exporting your services to a specific country, contact their embassy in Washington, DC, in your country or in the country you wish to expand to.
