ORLANDO — HospitalityStaff Orlando has successfully completed certification to ISSA's Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) and CIMS-Green Building (CIMS-GB) criteria with Honors, according to a press release.
This certification recognizes HospitalityStaff continued commitment to promoting cleaning operations that deliver consistent, quality services designed to meet clients’ needs and expectations, the release stated.
According to the release, the certification was achieved at the "turn-key" housekeeping and food anf beverage operation provided for Shades of Green, a morale, welfare, recreation (MWR) 600-room recreational facility for the nation’s military personnel located inside the Walt Disney World Resort.
"The attainment of Green Building certification reflects the commitment that each and every one of us at HospitalityStaff has to operational excellence and sustainability — especially our dedication to preserving our natural environment," said Steve DeLegal, partner of HospitalityStaff.
"I am extremely proud of all of our team members who, working together, were able to achieve the CIMS-Green Building certification at a MWR resort facility. We have incorporated our staffing system of recruitment and training of our workforce with the ISSA system of quality cleaning management, to establish a hospitable and professionally trained cleaning team," DeLegal added.
