I'm having problems with hard water streaks forming in toilets and urinals.
We have tried using CLR and Lime Away with limited luck. Any suggestions?

Certainly. Try an acid bowl cleaner that has a higher concentration of acid than the products you mention you have tried.Use with a wet pumice stone on heavy build-ups.
