CINCINNATI — The Cintas Corporation has earned the widely recognized Carpet and Rug Institute (CRI) Platinum Seal of Approval for its carpet deep cleaning system, according to a press release.
The recognition confirms that Cintas' system meets the highest standards for carpet cleaning effectiveness, the release stated.
"We applaud CRI for creating such rigorous guidelines for their Seal of Approval program. The Seal of Approval demonstrates our focus on customer satisfaction and constant innovation in carpet care," said Fred Wehby, senior director of Deep Clean Services for Cintas.
According to the release, the system qualified for the Seal of Approval by passing eight rigorous tests at an independent laboratory that measures performance in critical areas such as soil removal efficacy, propensity for resoiling, appearance retention, residual moisture and ensuring that cleaning agents do not adversely affect the carpet’s life expectancy.
The CRI Seal of Approval for Deep Cleaning Systems evaluates the effectiveness of the overall deep cleaning process and includes testing of equipment and solutions, the release noted.
