CINCINNATI — The Swiffer Sweeper and Swiffer Duster from Procter & Gamble Company are turning pink in the month of October to support the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation in conjunction with Breast Cancer Awareness Month, according to a press release.
According to the release, Swiffer will be contributing proceeds from the sale of its Pink edition to the Foundation to assist in its vision of creating a future without breast cancer.
First introduced to Canadians in 1999, Swiffer has been embraced for its ability to effectively trap and lock away dust and dirt, the release stated.
Victoria Maybee, external relations for Procter & Gamble, said: “Procter & Gamble proudly supports the distinguished efforts of the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation. We know that research and education can help change the lives of many, which is why Procter & Gamble is contributing a minimum of $50,000 through the sale of our limited edition pink Swiffer Sweeper and Swiffer Duster.”
The eye-catching limited edition pink Swiffer products will be available at retailers across Canada while quantities last, the release noted.
