According to the story, the observation deck — located on the 124th floor of the building — was closed due to technical issues with the power supply to the area.
The Burj Khalifa opened to the public on January 4, and a spokesperson for building developer Emaar Properties did not say when the observation deck would reopen, the story stated.
Those with tickets to the observation deck will be eligible for a full refund or can reschedule their excursion for a later date, the story added.
