Aztec adds sales exec
Montgomeryville, PA-based JanSan manufacturer Aztec Products Inc. has hired Raymond Rajsky as regional sales manager.

Rajsky will manage most of the Southeast U.S., and also marketing of Aztec’s floor machines in Canada.

Continental Commercial Products hires sales VP
JanSan manufacturer Continental Commercial Products (CCP) has hired Rick Mazzoli as vice president of sales and marketing.

Mazzoli had worked for CCP for 21 years, before working as vice president of sales for Triple S, a network of JanSan distributors, for the past five years.

Mazzoli will be based in St. Louis and will lead the sales and marketing team for CCP’s Continental, Glit-Microtron, Disco and Wilen brands.

Nice-Pak hires sales exec
Orangeburg, NY-based JanSan manufacturer Nice-Pak Commercial has hired Randy Bolton as sales executive.

Bolton has more than 35 years of sales experience.

Bolton will be selling Nice-Pak’s commercial wet wipes products throughout the United States.

Motsenbocker’s names VP
JanSan manufacturer Motsenbocker’s Lift Off of San Diego has hired Kevin Deming as vice president.

Deming is a longtime industry veteran, having worked in senior management for Ecolab, Windsor Industries and U.S. Products.

Motsenbocker’s Lift Off produces a line of green cleaners that are water-based and bio-degradable, with low or no VOCs.

D&A hires client services coordinator
Longwood, FL-based building service contractor D&A Building Services Inc. has hired Meghann O’Rourke as client services coordinator.

O’Rourke will oversee field management and supervisory staff, and facilitate communication between property managers, clients and D&A supervisory personnel.

O’Rourke earned a bachelor’s in political science from the University of Florida.

SouthEast LINK adds sales rep
Atlanta-based JanSan distributor SouthEast LINK has hired Chris Pierson as a sales consultant.

Pierson will work in southern Georgia cities like Hampton, Columbus and LaGrange.

Pierson has 21 years of sales experience, plus five years’ experience as a facility manager.

Alliance buys lighting contractor

Building service contractor Alliance Building Services of New York City has acquired M.A.S. Electrical Maintenance, an electrical contractor which concentrates on lighting.

Michael Sica, owner of M.A.S. Electrical Maintenance, will join Alliance subsidiary First Quality Maintenance as vice president of electrical services.

The electrical services unit will provide lighting retrofits, lighting maintenance and inspections, and on-call service.

3M buys wipes-maker
JanSan manufacturer 3M Co. has acquired Les Enterprises Solumed Inc., which makes products designed to reduce infections in hospitals.

Les Enterprises Solumed makes antiseptic wipes and swabsticks, surgical scrub brush-sponges, and antiseptic gels, and employs about 25 people in Quebec.

Corporate Express to buy French distributor
Even as it’s the target of a hostile takeover bid by Staples, office and JanSan supplies distributor Corporate Express of Amsterdam has announced plans to buy French rival Lyreco SAS for about $2.7 billion in cash and shares.

If the merger goes through, it will effectively end the Staples bid.

Lyreco has annual revenues of about $3.4 billion, compared to about $8.8 billion for Corporate Express.
