Network Names New Marketing Officer

Network Services Company recently announced the promotion of Kevin Rudd to the position of chief sales and marketing officer.

In his new role, Rudd will lead efforts in targeting and selling new Network corporate accounts, growing base business and building Network''s core competencies to serve markets effectively.

PCHS Elects Board Of Directors

Katrina Saucier has joined Sustainability Dashboard Tools LLC as the company''s new business development manager.

A graduate of Indiana University''s School of Public and Environmental Affairs with a Master''s in Environmental Sciences, Saucier, who was an account manager of the New England region for a specialty chemical manufacturer, also earned her undergraduate degree in chemical engineering from the University of Maine.

ACI Expands Board Of Directors

Six executives from major cleaning product manufacturers and suppliers have joined the Board of Directors of the American Cleaning Institute (ACI).

The following new directors will serve two-year terms: Dirk Buengel, senior vice president of care chemicals and formulation technologies at BASF Corporation; David Del Guercio, global senior vice president and general manager at Evonik Industries'' household care business line; William Krueger, vice president and general manager of GOJO Global Group; John Smyth, vice president of Europe-Africa and Middle East for the performance products division at Huntsman Corporation; William Littlefield, president and chief executive officer (CEO) of Phoenix Brands LLC; and R. Alexandra Keith, vice president of fabric care for North America and brand franchise leader of fabric enhancers at The Procter & Gamble Company.

Kaivac Announces New Sales Personnel

Kaivac Inc. has announced the appointment of two new regional sales managers, Kevin Wehby and Aaron Humfleet.

Both will be working directly with Kaivac''s distributors and manufacturers'' representatives throughout North America, helping to increase sales of the company''s products, position the company as a strategic vendor and improve distribution channels.

Bio-Pro Research Gets New VP Of Sales

Roger Grenier, chief executive officer (CEO) of Bio-Pro Research LLC, has named Pete Batte to serve as vice president of national sales.

Batte, who has served the JanSan industry in senior sales positions for more than 20 years, has distinguished himself in service to The Butcher Company, Midlab Inc., Guest Supply and, most recently, with the Sanitaire Floor Care division of Electrolux.


IEHA Okays Name Change

With a vote from its Board of Directors, the International Executive Housekeepers Association will now be known simply as IEHA, with the tagline, "Uniting facility managers, worldwide…" in order to better reflect the organization''s brand and the professionalism of the cleaning industry.

IEHA plans to make a complete switchover of all internal documents and the website to the new name and logo by January 2013.

Georgia-Pacific Donates Supplies To School District

Georgia-Pacific recently made a donation of more than $200,000 worth of soap and dispensers for 35 of Green Bay''s schools, enough to keep all of the schools stocked for at least two years.

Since handwashing is one of the best ways to prevent the spread of disease and keep kids healthy, the company wanted to do its part to help out.
