It is 12,250 square feet; 4,400 is tile, 800 is concrete and the rest is carpet. They only want it cleaned one time for now. Just a good, thorough general cleaning: Mopping, dusting, vacuuming, restroom cleaning, window cleaning, etc. I have never charged by the square foot, so I am wondering what the typical price charge per square foot is in West Virginia?
