Leo, who has nearly 30 years of service in the field of property loss restoration, will be responsible for directing MCS’ marketing and sales initiatives with a focus on the disaster recovery market, the release stated.
Previously, Leo was owner of Nancy Leo & Associates, a firm that provided consulting, project management and oversight for national insurance carriers on losses through companies such as CNS Management, InStar Services Group and Restoration Resource Group

Leo earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Long Island University and has certifications in 30-hour OSHA construction health & safety, 16-hour mold remediation, dry cleaning, lead abatement and fall protection
