TUSTIN, CA — CBM Services, a multi-surface cleaning company servicing commercial and retail properties nationwide, has expanded its service offerings and after becoming a franchise of SaniGLAZE, changed its name from MilliCare to CBM Services, according to a press release.
CBM Services uses eco-friendly techniques that use 99.4 percent less water and 85 percent less energy than traditional methods wile cutting waste by maintaining the life of carpet, textiles and tile and keeping them out of landfills, the release stated.
Alan Plotkin, chief executive officer (CEO) of CBM Services, said: "We continue to experience growth and demand for our services. SaniGLAZE is a natural addition to our service offerings. It’s a high-performance product that meets the high standards our clients have come to expect from us, as well as environmentally friendly."
The company’s green approach eliminates allergens and pollutants, improving the indoor air quality and creating healthier working environments for employees, the release noted.
CBM Services currently manages the cleaning maintenance for high-profile commercial property owners and retailers, including The Irvine Company, AT&T, Jones Lang LaSalle, Sempra Energy and British Petroleum, the release added.
