WATERTOWN, NY — A maintenance worker at Knowlton Technologies was the local $1 million New York State Lottery winner, according to the Watertown Daily News.

William J. Traynor, 44, of Stone Mills, bought the ticket Friday at the local Nice N Easy convenience store, the article noted.
