BOISE, ID — John Gayetsky has joined The Healthy Facilities Institute (HFI) advisory board, according to a press release.
Gayetsky is the environmental management specialist for the Association of School Business Officials International (ASBO), providing consultative, training and technical support services to school districts across the U.S. aimed at helping them build and operate more sustainable, higher performing educational facilities, the release stated.
According to the release, Gayetsky is also the chief executive officer (CEO) and co-founder of Green Schools International (GSI), a firm specializing in delivering advice, training and technical support to school districts and their owner representatives engaged in new construction, addition or renovation projects.
Gayetsky has previously served as the senior industrial hygienist and engineer with the Indoor Environments Section of the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) in Columbus, where he specialized in the recognition, evaluation, control and prevention of environmental health and safety problems in K-12 schools across the state, the release stated.
