CHICAGO — A woman has filed a lawsuit against a city of Chicago employee for allegedly taking photographs of her while she changed in his office, according to WLS-AM.
The lawsuit alleges that the woman was working for Triad Consulting Services, a janitorial company assigned to clean City Hall, when the man offered her his office to change in and then secretly photographed her, the article stated.
According to the article, the woman was told about the photos in August of 2010, but supervisors told her not to go to her union or talk about the photos.
After the union and the city investigated the photos, Triad did nothing to correct the situation, and the woman was forced to continue to clean the man''s office, the article noted.
The three-count suit seeks punitive and compensatory damages for the loss of her job, in addition to court costs, the article added.
