SANDY, UT — The Jordan High School football team''s biggest fan and supporter is not a coach, cheerleader or a proud parent; it is the trusty janitor, according to KSTU-TV.

Brad Keene loves the Beetdiggers so much that he bought 20 state-of-the-art helmets complete with designer eye shields at $300 apiece with his won money, the story stated.

Not having enough in his savings to cover the $6,000 purchase, Keene sold his personal vehicle to fill the gap, the story noted.

"When you have a passion for something, you just feel it through your whole body and you wanna [sic] be a part of it," proclaimed Keene. "It''s a break away form your everyday work and all the other things going on in your life. Just something you can hold onto."

Keene, who lives with and tends to his elderly mother and has a wife in a full-time care facility, does not balk at the price tag, saying that it feels good to give back, the story added.
