TOLEDO, OH — Although he has a long recovery ahead, Anthony Leno has a positive attitude, according to WUPW-TV.
Leno, a custodian at Collingwood Presbyterian in Toledo''s Old West End, was stabbed repeatedly by alleged serial stabber Elias Abuelazam on August 8, the article noted.
While Leno''s happy to be attending physical therapy, he''s saddened that someone could do something so cruel to another human being, the article stated.
"I go to the range of ''Why me? Poor me!'' It should have never been me," Leno said. "He''s 33 years old. How can you hate someone so bad at 33 years old? How do you learn to hate that much?"
Abuelazam''s alleged victim in Toledo wished someone would have given him a heads up of the serial stabber, but at the time of the attack, the concentration of attacks were centered in Flint, Michigan, the article added.
