ISSA Green Cleaning University add new courses

BLOOMINGTON, IN — ISSA Green Cleaning University (GCU) announces that three new classes have been added to the course''s curriculum and that several "core" classes have been updated as well, according to a press release.
According to David Holly, Chancellor of GCU and senior project manager for The Ashkin Group, before the recent update there were 10 core or comprehensive GCU classes applicable to all interested in green cleaning.
The three new classes include The Science of Green Cleaning, Introduction to Industrial Hygiene and Green Cleaning Standards and Certifications, the release stated.
Successful completion of the course exams provides students with a Certificate of Completion and the designation as an ISSA Green Cleaning Professional, the release noted.
"Cleaning professionals are the people that make green cleaning happen," Holly said.
"We want them thoroughly versed on what green cleaning is, how it works, why it is necessary and how it can benefit them and their customers, along with the environment," Holly added.
