JACKSONVILLE, FL — Interline Brands Inc. said it has acquired substantially all of the assets of a Colorado JanSan distributor for $9.5 million, according to the Jacksonville Business Journal.
Northern Colorado Paper, which primarily serves institutional facilities in the health care, education and food service industries, had 115 full-time employees in 2010 and generated about $40 million in revenue, the article noted.
According to the article, Interline Brands used cash to acquire Northern Colorado Paper Inc. of Greeley.
Interline Brands, based in Jacksonville, is a distributor and marketer to facilities maintenance professionals, professional contractors and specialty distributors, the article stated.
