IEHA asks: Can you pass the Continuous Improvement test?

WESTERVILLE, OH — The International Executive Housekeeper Association''s (IEHA) Professional Education Credentialing Program (PECP) features a Continuous Improvement training module as part of its certification programs for the cleaning industry, according to a press release.

Following are several of the questions featured in the final exam of Module 5 (Continuous Improvement).

For persons getting all questions right, IEHA is offering a 10 percent discount on all training and certification programs offered by IEHA, and the first 10 new IEHA members will receive a free copy of each of IEHA''s custom For Dummies books (Infection Prevention For Dummies, Clean & Healthy Schools For Dummies).
