Mr. Crosa has been a licensed independent adjuster and private investigator for over 30 years handling large complex losses throughout the United States and Latin America. Since 2000 he has traveled the country conducting workshops and keynote speeches on the topic of marketing vendor services to adjusters and insurance companies. Mr. Crosa is also the author of four books including: 2012 Restoration Contractor''s Guide to Insurance Repair, Soft Selling Hardened Claims Adjusters, and Claims Marketing Tipz & An Adjuster Is What an Adjuster Does. Peter is also a frequent contributor to Cleanfax Magazine, Cleaning and Restoration Magazine and other industry publications.
Mr. Crosa will also be speaking at the RIA Annual Leadership Summit and Expo March 27- 29th 2012 in Myrtle Beach, SC and holding a pre-conference program called Finding the Profitable Adjuster. He will also present a session during a break out group on How to Market to Agents and will be moderating a panel discussion titled Understanding the Mind of an Adjuster.
In addition, Mr. Crosa will be on a special end of Day 1 general session panel called, “Closing the Gap: A Discussion between Restorers & Insurers to better Serve the Customer!” In this role, he will write a position paper from an independent adjuster’s viewpoint, which will be part of RIA’s post-convention proceedings upload to their website. The goal of the Gap storyline is to find solutions to common challenges to make it better for the victims of a disaster!
