Gainesville, GA Hygafem, Inc., the Georgia-based premier provider of touch-free workplace wellness technologies and services, has successfully launched its hand sanitizing program at Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA. Hygafem’s touch-free hand sanitizing program decreases the risk of spreading disease, ensures safe and healthy facilities, and boosts satisfaction for students and employees at Morehouse College.
Curtis Davis, Director of Facilities for Morehouse College, implemented Hygafem’s touch-free hand sanitizing stations throughout the campus facilities. Mr. Davis stated, “We chose Hygafem’s touch-free hand hygiene program to provide our students and employees with powerful infection protection against threats, such as the H1N1 virus, throughout our buildings. Touch-free hand sanitizing is a valuable addition to Morehouse College’s hand hygiene program, designed to decrease student and employee sickness and downtime.”
Laboratory tests have proven Hygafem’s touch-free hand sanitizer to kill 99.99% of pathogenic micro-organisms on the skin, therefore reducing the risk of cross-infection and helping prevent the spread of disease. The alcohol-based hand sanitizer is effective against bacteria such as E-Coli, MRSA, VRE, Influenza, and Hepatitis A.
“We appreciate the opportunity to partner with Mr. Davis and Morehouse College to safeguard their facilities against harmful disease-causing bacteria like the H1N1 Virus that constantly threaten universities,” stated Doug Manning, Chief Executive Officer for Hygafem.
