GAINESVILLE, GA — Hygafem Inc., a Georgia-based provider of touchless restroom hygiene technologies and services, successfully purchased the assets of Cannon Hygiene in Georgia and Tennessee, according to a press release.
Hygafem hopes the acquisition will continue to strengthen the company as the premier service provider of touchless restroom hygiene technologies in the Southeast, the release stated.
Doug Manning, chief executive officer (CEO) of Hygafem, said: "Hygafem is honored to serve Cannon Hygiene’s clients in Georgia and Tennessee to fulfill the commitment they have already made to provide safe, healthy restrooms for their customers and employees. The Georgia and Tennessee branches of Cannon Hygiene are a valuable addition to Hygafem’s partnership with organizations throughout the Southeast to decrease the risk of sickness and downtime, boost employee and customer satisfaction and provide ''green'' solutions to conserve water and decrease cleaning chemicals in the restroom."
Hygafem’s services feature a full range of restroom technologies that include: Touch-free sanitary waste disposal units; hand sanitizing; air neutralizing dispensers; automatic faucets and flushing systems; and antibacterial soap dispensing, the release noted.
