INDIANAPOLIS — Members of the hospitality industry, who will be responsible for giving patrons of the Super Bowl a good time, will have a little extra help, according to WIBC-FM.

Dubbed the "Super Service Program," the program is designed to reinforce the most basic of principles the hospitality team needs to focus on, the article stated.

According to the article, the program focuses on safety training, greeting guests and empowering hotel staffs to make sure guests are cared for.

Lisa Howe, director of sales and marketing at the University Place Conference Center at Indiana University – Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI), the host of the Super Bowl, also said the program will help stress to hotel workers the importance of working as a team, the article noted.
