ST. CLAIR, WI — A Memorial Hospital custodian is suing the manufacturer of a soap dispensing unit, according to The St. Clair Record.

Dennis Meyer claims he sustained neck, shoulder and lower back injuries after a soap dispensing unit fell from the wall, the article stated.

According to the article, Meyer was emptying a mop bucket when the dispenser was dislodged from the wall.

The suit names the Butcher Company as a defendant, stating that they negligently failed to properly install the soap dispenser and failed to properly design the soap dispensers to prevent the unit from detaching from the wall, the article noted.
