HARTFORD, CT — FM Facility Maintenance has been awarded a comprehensive facilities management services contract by Strategic Restaurants Acquisition Company (SRAC), according to a press release.
FM will provide services to SRAC''s approximately 300 Burger King locations across the U.S., the release stated.
According to the release, under the new agreement, FM Facility Maintenance will be responsible for 24/7/365 care of SRAC''s Burger King locations; service provider management and selection; management of reactive issues; scheduled/preventative maintenance; and project management services.
