BENNINGTON, VT — Four members of a floor cleaning crew have pleaded not guilty to allegedly stealing items from the store they cleaned at night, according to the Bennington Banner.
Ulysses Fabricio, 19; Osni Lucio, 47; William Coalho, 30; and Victor Garcia, 22, each pleaded not guilty to a felony count of possession of stolen property in Bennington Superior Court Criminal Division, the article stated.
According to the article, Bennington Police Detective Michael Plusch was told by Chris Colehammer, a loss prevention officer, that he had seen four members of the cleaning crew take items from the store without paying for them.
On August 1 and 2, Colehammer recorded Coalho and Garcia taking items from a "waste buster bin," which were then distributed among the four men, the article noted.
