Top Performing Franchisees Recognized At Fish Window Cleaning® Convention
St. Louis, Mo — Top performing franchisees were recognized during the tenth annual Fish Window Cleaning® convention, which was attended by almost 200 participants on July 29-31 in St. Louis.
Tony Espeseth, Eau Claire, Wis., was named Franchisee of the Year, based on his overall performance and contributions to the organization’s success. The Rookie of the Year Excellence Award was shared by two franchisees, Bridget Gilding, Madison, Wis., and Tim Weissman, Houston, Texas.
Winners of the Rising Star Excellence Award for achievement in all aspects of the business were: Mark Phillips, Denver, Colo.; Stan Hutto, Hammond, La.; Mike Silverstein, Port Chester, N.Y., and Eric Silver, Denton, Texas.
Don Harkrider, Fort Worth, Texas, received the Soaring Eagle Award for his success in taking over and successfully developing an existing territory.
Winners of the Star Performer Award for leading their market groups in revenue were: Tim Satterly, micro market, Silverthorne, Colo.; Tony Espeseth, small market, Eau Claire, Wis.; Curt Drew, standard market, Omaha, Neb.; Randy Cross, executive market, Grand Rapids, Mich., and Chris Boals, multi-unit market, Orlando and Daytona, Fla.
Blake Silverstein, Houston, Texas, received the Top Sales Manager Performance Award, and Dana Webber, general manager, Houston, Texas, received the Top Manager Performance Award.
James McGraw, Columbia, S.C., received the Sutton Award, recognizing him as an inspiration to others, and his success in overcoming personal adversity while continuing to manage and grow his business.
The awards were presented at a special awards dinner which concluded a three-day program of seminars, featured speakers, equipment demonstrations and idea exchanges.
St. Louis-based Fish Window Cleaning has over 220 locations in the United States and is the largest window cleaning company in the country. The organization ranked 182nd on Entrepreneur Magazine’s 2010 Franchise 500, 19th for financial health on the AllBusiness AllStar Franchise 300, and was named to Franchise Business Review’s 2010 Franchisee Satisfaction Awards list, where it was ranked 43rd among the Top 50 Large Systems franchise organizations.
