After completing three months of service, FQM supervisors are enrolled in a training program administered by the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI).
The duration of the program is approximately 12 months, and both seminars and home study are utilized.
This program is designed for front-line supervisors and covers everything from employee relations, training and retention, to security, technology of the industry, and restroom and floor cleaning.
