CHANDLER, AZ — Hard work has finally paid off for a Jani-King franchise owner who now has stable finances and enough time to spend with the most important people he knows — his family, according to the Arizona Business Gazette.
Benito Arellanes, who at one point held three different jobs to provide for his loved ones, purchased a small franchise package from the Addison, Texas-based commercial cleaning franchise company after seeing an advertisement on television, the story stated.
Arellanes said: "If you follow the Jani-King system, it will work for you. They provide lists of potential clients, they help with additional training if you need it. It''s really all you need. But you do have to be the driver. You need to listen to the people on the frontline, too. When I get a chance to work alongside them, we learn from each other."
Arellanes, whose wife, Ana Lily, handles scheduling and office work, takes a personal interest in each of his employees and does all he can to make their work environment a familial setting, the story noted.
Arellanes and his wife are elated that their business is doing so well in only four short years, but the thing that really brings them joy is that their success affords them the opportunity to spend time together as a family, the story added.
