Wayne Bearce was charged two years ago with stealing from the town between 2004 and 2007 for putting in overtime claims he did not work and ordering equipment and supplies for himself through the school, the story stated.
According to the story, Bearce was ordered to pay the town of Marshfield
$24,976 in restitution and cover part of the cost of the investigation as part of his plea deal.
The Retirement board will hold a hearing at 9 a.m. on October 28 to discuss the pension request by Bearce, the story noted.
Executive Director of the Plymouth County Retirement Association William Farmer asked Bearce to submit any written materials that he would like the board to consider, the story added.
