SEATTLE — The Northwest regional offices of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has signed a 10-year lease extension at its 1200 Sixth Avenue downtown Seattle location, according to Bizjournals.com.
The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) stated that designating the building a Silver rating in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards was a requirement of the lease, the story noted.
