WOOD DALE, IL — Disaster restoration contracting organization Disaster Kleenup International (DKI) has announced that they have received a 2010 Franchise Business Review Franchise Satisfaction Award, according to a press release.
According to the release, the awards are determined through a study — now in its fifth year — researching over 500 franchise brands representing 100,000 franchisees questioning training and support, system quality issues, franchisor relationship, financial opportunity and overall satisfaction.
Eric Stites, president of Franchise Business Review, said: "Franchisee satisfaction is the most critical factor for any prospective franchisee to consider before investing in any franchise opportunity. Even during challenging economic times, the very best franchise businesses maintain high franchisee satisfaction. This year''s award-winning franchises are in that elite group and represent the very best franchise opportunity investments in the marketplace today."
DKI, North America''s largest disaster restoration contracting organization, has over 350 service locations, the release stated.
DKI President Dale Sailer said: "For the last 35 years, DKI has worked hard to ensure its core strategies support the company''s overall vision, mission and values. It is gratifying that our franchisees continue to see the value in our offering."
Surveys by the Franchise Business Review also collected demographic and lifestyle information to better understand the franchise ownership experience, the release added.
